Halloween Fun :)

This year Halloween was a little different for us since we are so far away from home, but we still had some fun. We went to a pumpkin patch to pick pumpkins and they ended up having a bunch of different activities that we all enjoyed.

Kevin did a pumpkin slingshot. He had fun, but it was muddy and slippery. If you hit the target you win a 50 lb pumpkin. We were cheap so Kevin only got 2 tries. Now that he knows how to do it maybe he will win next year :)

Aliya also had a lot of fun with this duck race.

Our stake trunk or treat. Kevin was a security guard and shot kids with his nerf gun.  I have a pumpkin belly and Aliya is a penguin. People weren't sure what she was some thought she was a toucan or a puffin. She was cute even though she couldn't see and she thought it was absolutely wonderful that people were giving her candy. By the end she could say trick or treat and thank you. Thanks for letting me borrow the costume Tara!

Oh, and so I don't forget to post it the next day Aliya was sneaky and climbed up this ladder while we weren't watching. She is such a climber!  I wouldn't be surprised to find her on the fridge one of these days.
